Product Information

We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the monitor as that is depending on the user monitor.

Order

All products from your purchase with us will be processed under your confirmed recognition as shown in the receipt that we issue to you after receiving your order. Customers are required to confirm and validate the contents from your receipt so to avoid any discrepancies of model number due to typing error or other unforeseen data record mistakes.

Delivery

All orders unless otherwise notified to customer within 2 – 3 normal working days will be delivered to customers within 5 normal working days after the order received  Amazing Image shall not be liable for delay caused by other parties, such as the courier company. Order Cancellation

Your order will be 3-5 days processed after we receive your confirmation and validation towards you order receipt.

Any cancellation of order purchase must be notified by the customer to Amazing Image within 24 hours, please be informed that we will not entertain any form of request for order cancellation after the above mentioned stipulated time frame.

Return T&C

Return will be given to customers under these conditions:

• Obvious and visible scratches found on your printed photo or souvenir.
• Product such as battery or rubber stamp cannot be use.
• Product model or type is different from your order request.
